Lieutenant Governor Sylvia Luke held a press conference at Prince Kuhio Elementary School on Friday, July 26, 2024, to announce the recent milestones of the State’s Ready Keiki initiative. The coordinated efforts of the State’s Lieutenant Governor’s Office, the Executive Office on Early Learning, the School Facilities Authority, and the Department of Education, along with the contributions of consultants and contractors, have led to the upcoming opening of 44 pre-kindergarten classrooms in the next school year.
